Was great for years, now all of a sudden 2 weeks ago a big fat zero! Sprint acts like no one has complained yet I go on this site and the problem is prevalent. Shame on them! They had me "reset" my phone - because it's my phone not them - and nothing. I'm I a 2 yr contract and now I cant use my phone. All they cared about was my giving them a good customer service rating after my call to them. What a disappointment! Go elsewhere!

Fine until a week or so ago. Dropped calls no reception at home. Terrible customer service, kept suggesting it was my new I phone, everyone that comes here lately with Sprint cannot get reception. Looking for a new carrier. I pay over 125 a month and this is what I get?

Reception at home is great. Elsewhere in San Pedro, the number of dropped calls has been on the increase in 2012-13, enough to make me visit sites like this to see what other Sprint customers might be experiencing. Shocking to see that Sprint is rated best in San Pedro! Those other carriers must really suck wind!

Horrible reception, even worse customer service. Very rude on the telephone, stated that it's not their problem that I'm getting messages sent to me from solicitors and that I am still liable for those charges, even though I have no control over them. Avoid them at all cost.

At the location above single reception for the last 6 yrs been bad. you can look at the maps and see that the coverage looks ok but it is bad between Alantic and Olive st drops down to one bar to o bars.

Sprint sucks. No service unless I drive out of the neighborhood! Customer service is useless. I am paying for a cellular alarm clock! Beware of their low pricing plans! You get what you pay for. I'm going to try Verizon, wish me luck, or at least service!
