The reception in Cerritos, sucks here. I live off of 195th st, between Pioneer and Norwalk st. You can't get reception. They gave me cell -Fl booster, by mobile for my 0house, that was a joke as well. It's suck big as well. Been with them since theyen 11 years ago. It is so hard to cell to get reception I'm never happy with the what they tell me on the phone its the same song different song. Not happy , wish they would stop the lies and get with a new program. Reception really sucks, here SUMSUNG 4 S USER.

Reception ranges between No Service and 2 Bars inside my office building. Can't consistently send / receive calls or texts. Reception seems to increase outdoors the further I move away from the building.

I have had Sprint for over 10 years, customer service is excellent however within the past couple of years the network has been extremely horrible. calls are dropping now in areas it didn't before, I can't watch movies on my phone at home because 4g network is NEVER available.. It is becoming a bit frustrating and I am strongly considering changing carriers for better service

Just two weeks ago Sprint has failed me. I now get little to no service. I didn't realize this issue has been going on for quite sometime with Sprint customers. Sadly to say, I'm sticking with them for two reasons. One, my contract isn't over until another year and a half. Two, they have the unlimited data plan! I will reconsider once my contract is over.

I'm always on wifi so I don't usually have a problem at home but I will get on a good day up to 1.1 Mbps download speeds and on bad days 7 Kbps downloads around the city of LB. As a general tip make sure to often perform this Sprint users: phone -> dial ##update# (or ##873283#) and allow the phone to reset its network settings. Hope this helps!

I seem to always get horrible connection here, 3 bars at most and rarely connected to 3G, almost always the o connection or extended network, calls, texts, browser and apps that require Internet connection run very slowly or don't work at all.

Just north of CSULB, Blue Pyramid. Really poor connectivity. Usually only one bar, often none at all ("searching" for network). Not really useful as a telephone most of the time. Need to build more towers to service the 30,000+ student campus next door.
