T-Mobile

I had AT&T and switched over to T-Mobile. T-Mobile has the absolute worst reception in this area. The V300 phone is great as far as clarity and features but useless with a poor provider. I went with some cheap Verizon Nokias and have full bars-consistently. Phone features and sound isnt the greatest with Verizon however the reception has been flawless.

Magnificent! I haven't had a problem with reception since I first got my phone. No complaints here.

For the most part, reception is average. I generally only have reception problems indoors where it will fluctuate between 2 and 4 bars while in the same spot. Outside, reception is not a problem.

I just moved into this apartment complex and I have no reception whatsoever. Sometimes, I would get a "no service" response. It is time to change carriers.

I am not sure if my probem is my carrier or not, this is my second phone with T-mobil and the reception is worse with the T68i than with the free Samsung R225 that I have. I am not sure what to do, I cannot use this phone indoors. My mother has the R225 and she works at the community center in Carson, and she cannot get a signal. If we are setting in certain rooms of the house the R225 phones won't get a signal, so I am thinking that it is T-mobil that is inadequate.

If you are inside a building such as the Student Union on campus, chances of any reception are very slim. You need to be out in the open away from structures and not in between buildings either to get some reception. At peak times (around noon and 5pm), the network is busy even though you get reception. Either you would need to get away from campus or just wait till the peak time is over.
