AT&T

ATT reception fluctuates from below average to average. Average 2-3 dropped calls per day whether I am in Long Beach or anywhere in So Cal including LA and San Diego. My friends joke about my high-end phone because they are at the other end of the dropped calls. I just call back and they automatically say, "ATT Most Reliable Network?" And the ads about fastest 3G! Compared to what? Daily get messages such as, "Cannot Connect To Network", "Network Not Available", "Unable To Connect To Voicemail" and "Mail Cannot Find The Server". All of these are ATT cell service issues not iPhone issues. I hate it! I'm looking to get rid of my iPhone because I can't take it anymore and too many calls to ATT and no resolution.

No major problems anywhere in town except for occasionally in the port area and on the north side of Signal Hill.

he coverage is fantastic, but their customer service is horrible! I was lied to multiple times by different employees and even their supervisor was rude. I am cancelling my contract early.

Barely any reception inside the house and at most, 3 bars outside. Horrible.

Started out with good reception for a year with T-Mobile, then all of sudden I went from full bars to no bars. T Mobile offers no explanation other than that it might be my phone. I know this is not the case because my spare phone (samsung) also does not have coverage. Not sure what this could be attributable to, but I signed with T-Mobile expressly because I had rreception in my home and now I don't.

The service with everyone's phone (except Verizon for some reason) that comes to our place is super weak! I can go from 4 bars to no bars in 1 minute. There is no reason and no solution for this. I go outside and it helps a bit... but it's so erratic that I try to just call people from work. I bought a cell phone repeater (300 bucks) to try and solve the problem... i placed the antenna in the attic. It helps a little, but it still is so irregular... I just want a CONSTANT signal strength. Can anyone tell me why the signal comes and goes so frequently here?

TMO has good reception in this residential area. New rooftop cellsite in Naples improved coverage while coming home thru Belmont Shore

My Recipients are always complaining of bad reception on my phone. It is mostly when using Bluetooth or the Speaker Phone functions. Also there are an inordinate amount of dropped calls.

Reception goes from 2 bars to no bars through out the neighborhood, with all calls over 2 minutes dropping. Calls frequently go straight to voicemail. T-Mobile insists that this is a "4 bar area" and that there are 4 phone trees in a 2 mile radius, and that they have NO IDEA why there's no service. For the record, I tested my friends' collective cell phone service in my house at a recent dinner party. AT&T and Sprint had 3 bars, Verizon had 4 bars. T-Mobile folk had 1-0. Who is lying to whom? Their suggestion? That I spend $200 bucks on a new "Hotspot at Home" compatible phone and extend my contract two more years piggybacking off of my Verizon wireless DSL modem's signal. Why should I pay twice for the same phone signal?
