Terrible Terrible Terrible! Family, friends, and work associates try to call me up, or leave text messages and I don't get anything from them. Voice mail that they leave and text messages don't even show up! Thing is Sprint says that messages that aren't readily sent will be resent till about 7 days before being deleted. Reception is sooo poor here that I don't get anything from anyone anytime! Its sooo frustrating because my cell phone is my primary phone.

Sprint has been good to me for 3 years so far. I have one more year left on my contract. The downside is there cost of adding things to your plan. Its get pricey right now I am paying around $70 for 1000K min. free after 7PM, 300 Text, Insurace, International calling BUT NO INTERNET! which I hate cuz if you go on the internet it will cost a lot. $15 is the base price for internet and my sis which she has Helio now no more Sprint is only paying $65 with unlimited texting and internet downside is -500 mins. / international calling / free after 9PM. -oh yeah about coverage its koo so far but customer service is crappy

Recently added tower at Lincoln / Jefferson intersection. Full bars in home and even in parking garages! I think the tower is sub-leased to Cingular, T-Mobile, and soon Sprint / Nextel (according to FCC mailer to nearby residents).

I get great service from Verizon everywhere except for where I live... In my house and in the surrounding area I never know if and / or when a call is going to drop. It sucks big time.

Nextel coverage of the north side of Signal Hill and also in the Lakewood area have been poor for years. I seem to get much better coverage when I travel. In building is particularly poor. Oddly enough, coverage in my home near by is generally good.

T-Mobile has no to poor reception in the wilmington, ca area no matter which phone brand or model. The max is one bar of reception power can be obtained.

My service is great all over this country - I work in the travel industry - but I can not get ANY reception at my home. What's wrong with this picture? Sprint keeps telling me that I'm crazy. I completly rely on my cell service for work, yet I can't get phone calls. I do however get some voicemail, but it is usually hours after the message is recorded.

My phone carrier is T-Mobile and inside my house, I could never get any service. Most of my calls are being dropped and when I receive and make calls, I mostly hear static. When I look at my phone, most of the time I would only get one or two bars if I am lucky. But most of the time, my phone just says "Emergency Calls Only". I just hope they can do something about this because I Have tried using other phones just to see if I can get a better signal but my phones all turned out the same. And i'm not the only one complaining, my neighbors are also complaining about the service we've been receiving.

my Motorola phone gets good signal outside about 2-3 signal bars but when I go inside its very bad. I got the Samsung t809 but that phone drops several calls and doens't get a lot of signal. I'm thinking about changing my phone company to Cingular because they get better signal in buildings especially stores and schools were T-Mobile fails to get anything.

No reception inside the building unless I stand by the exteior door. There's a T-Mobile store nearby and they admit the reception in the area is lousy.
