Cannot make or receive calls, texts. emails. Nothing! There is one sweet spot in the stairwell at the 5th floor where, when blessed, I get 2 bars.

Drove from Lakewood to Carson at 8pm with no service. Shows full bars and LTE but keeps saying no internet connection. It is now 2am... no internet connect this entire time. Even connected to a new wifi system, still not fast. Spotty service all around Long Beach->Bellflower->Lakewood->Carson. Especially in downtown LA. Pay the extra money and get a better provider. Sprint works half of the time... not when it counts.

I can hear caller but they can't hear me. I break up after a few words--continuously thru call. Only this way, in last year. I have had T-Mobile for years before that no problems. I had these problems as mentioned when I had my LG4 and now worse or so it seems with ZTE. They sent me a tower but of little help.

Very terrible data speeds take forever to load webpages never had this happen when with AT&T I'm switching back to AT&T after a months use of T-Mobile avoid T-Mobile if u live in this area

Last year I was getting good reception in the area near water at Catalina Express center, today as my phone enter that zone, my data speed drop down, I couldn't even get anything done.

Sprint reception sucks in most of Long Beach. You get 1x or no signal on campus of poly high school (Atlantic / MLK). Version and T-Mobile don't seem to have issues

Just got this hotspot, updated software and been comparing to VerizonWireless MiFi 6620. Sprint consistently returning better results than Verizon. Sprint usually on band 41, 3 to 4 bars, -90db, downloads at 11 mbps, uploads at 8 mbps. Verizon on band 4, 1 to 2 bars, -105db, downloads at 3 mbps and uploads at 1 mbps. However, got Verizon on band 2 this morning and wow - comparable performance to Sprint! However, it lasted may 1 hour and then Mifi 6620 reverted back to band 4 (i.e., slow). Sometime band 13 better. Rating Sprint coverage as average in this area as I've seen better Sprint and VerizonWireless elsewhere.
