AT&T

I switched from Verizon to AT&T, not because of poor service but because I needed a GSM phone for work abroad. Before switching from Verizon, I had to go into my front yard in order to get a Verizon signal. Now, with AT&T, I consistently get 2-3 out of 5 bars on an iPhone. While some people would consider that average or poor, I don't. With AT&T, I can talk and surf the web at the same time (couldn't do that with Verizon). In my travels around town, I have yet to find a spot where I did not have any service, although sometimes I had only 1 bar of service.

Been a loyal Sprint t customer for 11 years now, not sure why. When they promised 4g with wimax phones I got one. Disappointed. Now got a LTE phone and been waiting 2 years for a faster connection. Disappointed. Okay so get this where I live, I haven't had LTE. Text are late calls are choppy 3g is at.10mbps no LTE. And the coverage map show LTE and spark. So I begin to complain in Oct of 2013. Each month I would call and all this time they blame my phone they say were going thru upgrades you know how hard it is. So after many months of this I am just told sep. Of 2014 that ohh towers in your area haven't been touched not even with 3g upgrades. I still get dropped calls, yet I'm told that I'm receiving 98% quality of service. Wherein socal the 2nd largest market and to get speeds under.25mbps. Sprint is just full of lies

I just want to address the TMo review (Downey, CA) below mine so I don't come off as a TMo saleperson. I AM NOT. Are you using a non-LTE capable phone? I still have my LG Optimus L9. It uses TMo's HSPA+ network. Speeds on that phone have gotten noticeably worse over the last year. I'm speculating of course but it wouldn't surprise me that it's because TMo are doing minimum maintenance on that older network as they move towards upgrading to LTE. I will reiterate again, TMo's LTE speeds are up there...

I notice that most of the reviews for T-Mobile are from 2013. Fair enough since there was no LTE in 2013, I believe. I have a LG G3 and I average on Ookla: 35 ping, 45Mbps download, 48Mbps upload... Granted, these are averages. These speeds are close to my FiOS speeds! LOVE T-Mobile! Now, I will say that TMo has weaker building penetration than Verizon or AT&T, can't say for sure about Squeek, err, Sprint.

I've been a customer since 2001 and have NEVER had any problems with Verizon. But for the past year, my service has been horrible, especially near lb poly area and where I live in Bixby Knolls. (I have plaster walls which may be the reason). I have a Note 3 and love it but with the inconsistent call drops and lack of 4g it is hurting me and the clients I deal with. I never ever thought of going with another company but it looks like I may be switching if the new update does not come soon. Please help us, VERIZON!

For over a year now I have had terrible Sprint data coverage issues. Never had 4G from my Samsung galaxy. Very disappointed. Be careful with Sprint. Substandard reception.

Sprint is stealing my service fee each month, horrible service, 5 years, I can see the cell site, but service data slower than dial up. Don't get Sprint, they lie, deceive, promises of better service never occur, they should be charged with stealing.
