Verizon

Terrible service in Northridge, Los Angeles, California! In million dollar homes, next to one of the busiest colleges in the United Stated, why are we getting poor service Verizon? I have to rely on Wifi to connect. No 5G, barely get LTE. Sometimes I have no service. Verizon used to be the best but now I think TMobile is taking over. Very sad to say I won't be a Verizon customer for long. They don't care and always tell me service in the area is fine. NO. IT'S. NOT.

Verizon's coverage up in the 91326 area is atrocious. I've contacted them multiple times only to be told either that I need to reset my phone or that there's no issue in the area. Similar to what another mentioned, when there's a power outage or internet outage, your phone's essentially useless. The only way to get any usable signal is to drive close to a mile out of the area. Signal in the area ranges from nothing to 3 bars LTE but even at its highest, it's hardly useable.

Horrible reception

Tmobile use to be great around this area. Now I can't send a text let alone make a phone call. Not only in porter ranch but down town la. Nothing there. I could have 5g, when I place a call I go down to edge. Screw tmobile.

Horrible reception. Must have a land line. Calls don’t come in half the time. Others can’t hear me. Friends have been here with Verizon and it’s a tiny bit better. AT&T sucks.

Have tried AT&T (don’t remember $), Verizon ($89 / mo) and Spectrum ($14 / mo)- ALL HORRIBLE! All three companies told us we are at the end of the last cell tower so reception is poor, and too expensive to build a new tower in this area at today’s cost. ) They simply don’t appear to care; enough business elsewhere. Verizon has a range extender which we paid $100 for to improve our reception... completely useless! Going to try T Mobile next- have nothing to lose!
