Can't give out my cell phone as my primary business phone number because reception totally unreliable at any given time. Sometimes its okay, but most times the signal fails or constantly breaking up to the point where you can't have a conversation. Can vary between upstairs and downstairs in the house. Sometimes its better if you go outside in front... .sometimes not. Completely frustrating.

Great reception. Sprint used to fade after turning on to Dumetz from Topanga

Have observed with myself and others over the years crappy reception, dropped calls and data connection timed out. Yet you have a major pga golf course 500 yards away, full bar signal and screaming data connection. I guess the great unwashed masses do not deserve same service, yet we pay the same price. Metro top brass must spend allot of time on their knees with the wealthy, hope they invested in good knee pads.

Have Verizon for my work phone. Always works. Sprint has never compared. Have been thinking of switching but Verizon is $30 more a month. SMH.

Occasional drop calls but I use wifi most of the time. ATT works well here.

Verizon does not work here at all, we were told McBean is on the boarder of a 4G tower and a 3G tower so our phones can not figure out what one to use so it just defaults to no service.

I thought I had problems when I lived in West Hollywood, it is worse here. Thank god my contract is finally up in October, I will not renew. The customer service is really nasty.

Had Sprint for 90 days and ended up changing to another company. for no reason I would go into roaming, then I would use the gps and would loose signal 3 different times 3 different places and I got lost on top of that!

If you live in Sylmar, you know signal sucks across all carriers. AT&T works for voice calls, and slow- to fast data highest signal strength I've seen is 3 bars. 4G LTE is weak both on Verizon and AT&T, will drop to 4G on AT&T, and 3G on Verizon. Verizon works best no dropped calls, but slow data no matter hour of day. Your best bet is to use WiFi were available if you are going with Verizon. Sylmar needs better cell phone towers!.
