1, 2, or 0 bars even in the street outside my house. Sometimes I'm able to make calls and hear the other person, but they cannot hear me. I contacted AT&T, who said they would send a tech to the field, but I have yet to hear the results. Horrible.

In the last 4 months the reception has gone down. Receiving calls or making calls and people hear every other word. The phone works great in other parts of the San Fernando valley. Is anyone else having trouble getting more than 1 to 2 bars on the phone? It use to have 3 to 4. If I go over 5 blocks towards the Costco area on victory you can get 4 or 5 bars. Other streets back reception. What is going on in Burbank now??? what's blocking this? Called ATT several times, reset the phone. Towers are not down or being upgraded. we would like to use the phones. I have another Verizon phone for work. Its getting better reception than the ATT phone. It use to be the other way around. I see neighbors walking out to the street trying to make calls and get reception.

Terrible reception. Just bought a house in this beautiful neighborhood. Bad reception throughout the Braemar CC area. Let's fix this!

Its been a whole week since all 4 cell phones in my house started getting no reception..it mostly happens around the evening time till morning..sprint is saying its tower upgrade ?

Sprint tower located a top of Kaiser Permanente Hospital North 3 Building is horrible 3g and low powered cell output. This tower needs to be upgraded and provides a weak signal / service which destroys smart phones battery's charge time. Have to disable sync while the phones here (Employees or members) either roam or search for signal, which like I said; drains the phones batteries.

I have been so unhappy with Verizon. The past few weeks I've experienced lots of dropped calls, poor reception in my apartment complex. I spoke to tech support, put in a ticket, and low and behold they say my network is not a problem, it's my phone. They sent me another iphone 4s and guess what?? Same problems! So, now the only way to remedy it is to get a network extender for about $200! After spending a bundle on my iphone... nice, huh?? Had I known this, I would've never switched to Verizon. I can't wait until my contract expires so I can move on to another carrier.

AT&T is horrible around the Olive View hospital area in Sylmar. I dont receive calls and calls are dropped frequently. I have to step outside to make a call. I'm definitely switching carriers.

I use to get 2 bars and the last 7 weeks there is no reception at all. I reported this to CS and they said someone will contact me. This was 2 weeks ago. I will cancel and find another carrier. T-Mobile sucks in this area.

Have lived in the area since 2006. When I first moved here Sprint was the only carrier that worked. Friends with AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon had no service at my home. Since early March Sprint has completely let me down. I am lucky if I get two bars of reception, most of the time I am using "extended" service. They are sending me a booster box which will hopefully strengthen the signal. This is 2013 not 1993. Their service is disastrous.
