If you are inside an office building or an apartment building you get absolutely ZERO reception. Try calling the "helpful" T-Mobile associates. I was told that service is not guaranteed. Although I pay over $200 a month there is nothing they will do to correct the issue. They will not let you out of the contract either. Sounds like someone needs to get a class action lawsuit going. Was this review helpful to you?
sometimes no reception. I will be switching carriers as soon as my contract is up. In addition, I get no coverage driving over the canyons (mulholland and beverly glen). Was this review helpful to you?
I have been experiencing poor reception, dropped calls, delayed texts and data failure for about 3 months now (since May 2012). I have been told a couple of times that my area was being worked on but it has not gotten any better. On Sprint's coverage map for the area I was in yesterday it is listed as "Best", however my phone dropped voice reception 3 times within the span of the hour. Was this review helpful to you?

I have 0-1 bars inside my house and in my front and backyards. Even with WiFi calling, calls are still dropped and I do not receive all text messages. T-Mobile wanted to give me a signal booster to put in my house, but said I need to have one bar of service for it to work. I want to switch to AT&T, but am not sure if their service is any better here. T-Mobile has spotty service throughout the SFV, a lot of dead zones. Devonshire and Chatsworth from Topanga to the 405 are dead zones for me!Was this review helpful to you?
I get no bars inside my apartment. And 2 bars max outside on my balcony. Was this review helpful to you?
T_Mobile told me they are working on a "Tower issue" around Lake Balboa. I've been experiencing dropped calls and distorted connections. The "repair ticket" has been open since April. This seems to be a generalized headache. Was this review helpful to you?
I've been getting feed back on my phone for the past week. It's really irritating! I tried my sim card on 2 other old T-Mobile phones and placed calls to test if it was getting the same echo and feedback. Sure enough it was. I'm not sure whats going on, whether T-Mobile is upgrading their towers or fixing something, but it's become so annoying that I'm thinking about leaving Tmobile. Absolutely horrible! Was this review helpful to you?
Spotty reception AT BEST. One second 3 bars, and none the next. Don't go inside if you need to talk. Was this review helpful to you?
I already commented above and so far the company doesn't want to help consumers by crediting their accounts! Was this review helpful to you?
