I have 0-1 bars inside my house and in my front and backyards. Even with WiFi calling, calls are still dropped and I do not receive all text messages. T-Mobile wanted to give me a signal booster to put in my house, but said I need to have one bar of service for it to work. I want to switch to AT&T, but am not sure if their service is any better here. T-Mobile has spotty service throughout the SFV, a lot of dead zones. Devonshire and Chatsworth from Topanga to the 405 are dead zones for me!Was this review helpful to you?

T_Mobile told me they are working on a "Tower issue" around Lake Balboa. I've been experiencing dropped calls and distorted connections. The "repair ticket" has been open since April. This seems to be a generalized headache.Was this review helpful to you?
I've been getting feed back on my phone for the past week. It's really irritating! I tried my sim card on 2 other old T-Mobile phones and placed calls to test if it was getting the same echo and feedback. Sure enough it was. I'm not sure whats going on, whether T-Mobile is upgrading their towers or fixing something, but it's become so annoying that I'm thinking about leaving Tmobile. Sprint claims they are working on the towers upgrading them, but have had bad service since March. Refused to credit a refund on service. Supervisor said they don't guarantee service as far as dropped calls or garbled. Not good for business or emergency calls.Was this review helpful to you?
