T-Mobile

My service with T-Mobile is absolutely horrible. I get maybe a half a bar while at home if I'm lucky. Driving around this area I get perhaps a whole bar or maybe two. Call quality sounds terrible and drops continually when I do get a connection. I have a very nice phone which uses GSM 1900 technology. T-Mobile did not tell me when I signed up that their service would be completely useless to me anywhere within three miles of my home.

absolutley horrible and Verizon will do nothing about it. also had AT&T it was better but not much. if you have Verizon good luck talking at savon's or albertsons on devonshire and reseda. and its a no go on devonshire between reseda and de soto most of the time. I ask and they say nothing about improvements and I didnt think northridge was that difficult of an area.

For 4 weeks, T-Mobile has had HUGE problems with callers not being able to be heard. It's frustrating not being able to be heard while you can hear the party you called. Apparently, they've had multiple signal relay towers with serious problems for nearly a month, and have not to date fixed any of them.

The only place I've noticed reception trouble with T-Mobile, is at the top of the Sepulveda pass. Other than that, no real reception problems in the Valley, as well as the greater Los Angeles area.

Not to bad, depends if I'm in the back yard, living room, etc. Still, no dropped calls.

Many dropped calls or no connection in home. When outside within a two block area only one bar. Phone rarely rings in house. When I have a call that connects the audio is broken and I can only hear about every third word. When in stores anywhere either no connection or dropped calls. The phone is a LG VS4500 is by far the worse unit I have ever owned. Verizon Wireless seems to be ok generally. I have always had bad connections at home with any other service.

No reception in the hills bad customer service too. My wife's cell phone is from Sprint and has reception pretty much everywhere.

I spend most of my time in the San Fernando Valley, Hollywood, Los Angeles, and the San Gabriel Valley. Most of the time I get great reception. There are only two places that I know of that are hopeless for my reception - one small part of Glendale, and Malibu (where I'm told no one gets reception because they don't want to erect any antennas out there).

The entire area around the East side of CSUN specificaly at the intersection of Superior and Zelzah is a dead zone. Other areas around valley drop in and out depending on location both indors and out. I loose calls along Arleta near Osborn and along the 5-North at Sheldon.
