Sprint
The worst. Can NOT talk to anyone in my house. I will move 1 step, raise my hand or go to another room in my house and the call is dropped! Need to find great cell service with awesome customer service.

2 bars in Kennedy HS campus area 91344. Zero bar or no reception inside the buildings (classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, etc.) unless I lean against a window glass, I get 1 bar.

Without the micro cell that AT&T offer you very quickly, you have no reception, so if the Internet goes down, there is no way of communicating.

Very sporadic and poor signal here at my house in north Granada Hills, CA 91344 area, in spite of the newly installed nearby antenna. During the recent overcast and rainy days this neighborhood has NO reception most of the time, and simple texting is a crap shoot, for the unsent messages linger forever to execute. T-Mobile's signal booster helped a bit, but is of insufficient help, especially so on cloudy days. Bandwidth gets rather thin during peek business hours. Remedy: Repeater tower is badly needed and the neighbors should give their consent to T-Mobile!

Outside service is pretty good. Inside my condo service is poor and spotty at best. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. I replaced it three times hoping this would correct the issue but it didn't. My Galaxy S6 was much better in reception and call Quality overall. However it's probably a combination of poor indoor reception and phone design that T-Mobile has

I don't know what's up with tmobile. A reviewer mentioned tower upgrades above (they told me the same thing) but wouldn't that translate into better connection, clearer signal, less dropped calls? Not so far. Reading through the reviews I see that everyone complains about tmobile, Verizon, AT&T and Sprint in the San Fernando Valley so now what?

Dropped calls have been fairly common for the last 12 months I've been with T-Mobile but have majorly increased in the last 2 weeks. T-Mobile support continues to say coverage is not good but "excellent" in this area. Whatever. Unable to make / receive any calls for a few hours this week. Troubleshooting galore. Tech support said tower upgrades have been completed in the area and they reconfigured which ever tower I was on (?!) Result : I could make calls but now I have between 0 - 2 bars. Of the calls that don't drop prior to 2 rings, the connection is so static-y that one / both just hangs up in disgust.

Verizon is just average. Was talking to ATT 'cause using their internet and now Directvnow. Said they could make a transfer for me to them easy. But I know worse than Verizon. It is ATT in LA and above quotes tell me nothing has changed despite the clerk telling me 9 years was a long time ago. Moved into high rise by the ocean. Coverage worst I have ever witnessed. I would feel very foolish to be stuck with crappy again.
