I thought the poor reception was my house since walls are lathe and plaster but reading others' comments makes me think that may not be the complete problem. Hard to believe that T-Mobile has the best coverage in this area. Guess I don't need to switch.

If you're staying at Santee Lakes Campground DO NOT expect to have much service at your campsite as the signal depleates as you go from the public area to the RV section. In fact, most campers have to leave their designated campsite and drive to area where the can get reception without having a dropped call. Being that most RV'ers do have Verizon service because it has the highest amount of service areas it would be good if a tower was installed closer to the park. Without this, the park will start losing customers or those that want to stay long term will have to change carriers like we did. Sprint is the ONLY service that is complete throughout the public and campground directory areas of the park.

Over the years Verizon has been decreasing the signal here. On a good day I get 1-2 bars of 3 g but normally I get 1x. I did use the hot spit for interner, not anymore. Last year it decreased even more. It isn't a phone problem, had iphones an s phones. It's just signal depletion and they won't correct it

I switched from t mobile, and cricket; because coverage and dropped calls were less of an issue in this area. I have been very pleased with my choice. Thank you Sprint.

NEVER have more than 2 bars even outside. This is the worst reception I have ever seen.

I live on top of a hill and the service is horrible. I can barely make phone calls at my home. I get 4-5 bars and then suddenly the signal spikes down to 0 and I am talking to air. Yes I have a signal generator, yes I have rewired all the cable and internet connections into the house, yes Verizon has come out on numerous occasions, yes I have called Verizon every time there is a drop call for their records and yes they say there is a problem and still it continues. If I want to ensure that I don't have a drop call, I have to go down to the bottom of the hill; my outside office I call it. Who has to do that while paying crazy bucks for service?

Little to no signal in immediate and surrounding neighborhood. Occasionally 1X or 3G signal will pop in for a bit, otherwise it's no signal at all. Can't even make a phone call. Verizon customer service says besides a range extender, there's nothing they can do as it's a "limited coverage area". Nation's largest 4G network huh? I'm not in a rural or low population area at all either... .
