Many dropped calls. Very few places in my house where I have any reception at all. Texts are ok most of the time, but calls are muffled and choppy when I can get coverage. Used to have Verizon and never had this much trouble with their service at this location.

I have had Verizon for 10 years, three phones in a row I have had poor reception, and have had little to nonluck sending txt with pictures attatched (called and spoke with tech service more than once) I got a new Samsung S5 out of the box and am now unable to send any pictures. Tech support suggested that I use Facebook or Email for sending pictures instead.Why do I have unlimited data for txt and a smart phone if you are telling me to use a Nikon and a laptop? Am now actively seeking a new carrier very disapointed with the degraded service the NSA... err I meant Verizon is supplying me.

I switched from Verizon to AT&T about a year ago, and couldn't be happier. No more dropped calls at my house! No problems anywhere else either!

In outside sales. Use Verizon. Never had a dropped call or spotty reception. Always reliable in San diego. Believe me, I use 13gb of data oer month and make hundreds of phone call. It's always done me good. work will no longer pay cell bill so I need to put in my name. Considering options and I think I will stick with verizon.

Just got Verizon for the first time a few months ago and have had problems ever since. Repeated dropped calls, so bad that I knew it was going to drop the first try at calling my wife. The second try was a hit or miss and then when it finally went through we always had to keep our conversations quick knowing it would drop at anytime.

Verizon use to be great but right now I have my cell phone in the window and still only have 1 / 2 a bar. All the neighbors are complaining about Failed text messages. In the last 15 years I have never had a failed text but over the past few months I get at least three a night. About ready to switch here real soon. Thank goodness I still have a land line.

Calls drop within a few seconds. There is almost no reception. We had to get a land line to use from home and texting is little better. Sometimes I do not get texts until the day after they were sent. Verizon works well almost everywhere else. I have traveled all over the US and never had such poor reception unless it is a very remote area. My neighborhood is in the heart of San Diego. We have hills and this is the problem. Still you would think there could be a solution.
