Reception of my texts from here are unreliable. People who cannot receive my texts seem to receive voice calls. How is that? This is unacceptable since I work from home.

Verizon service horrible at this location. Some other posts on this board confirm this neighborhood is a Verizon "dead zone". I work from home a lot, and calls from clients CONSTANTLY drop. After several angry calls to Verizon tech support, they finally bought me a network extender, which works about 75% of the time-- but even if the call goes through the extender, it still drops after about 2 minutes. BEYOND frustrating. I would change services in a heartbeat, but looking at the cellphone tower map, it doesn't appear ATT, Sprint or T-Mobil have any towers that serve us either. AAAARRRRGH! Verizon usually works fine for me everywhere else, except not at my house where I need it the most!

Never had good reception here and there's no 4G at all, even though they've been selling 4G phones for years. San Diego is the 8th largest city in the nation and no 4G? Really Sprint? We have 4 lines and our last contract expires in Feb 2014 - not sure which carrier we're going to but definitely NOT Sprint. In the meantime I'm filing an FCC complaint and YOU SHOULD TOO!

Able to get 5 bars to 4 bars inside usually with 3G. Only issue with voice is after one hour long distance call the line drops. Data no issues. Been with AT&T since 1996, have had Blackberry phone since 2008. Looking at Samsung Galaxy S4 as replacement, re-evaluating carriers in my area. Appears that I will probably stay with AT&T.

* Please go to the FCC website and submit a formal complaint (easy process similar to this forum) if your service is not delivering as advertised. Get the regulators involved, otherwise the companies can simply keep ripping us off. Current Sprint customer and agree with all negative reviews. Have tried AT&T and Verizon with no better results at my house.

Reception is spotty. 1 or 2 bars signal strength max. Conversations will most of the time have unintelligible speech at some point during the conversation. Text is fine. Definite land line use for any important phone calls.

Sprint salesperson recommended a phone that is not 4g network compatible. Additionally, there is no 4g network available in San Diego, which was not mentioned at time of sale. Sprint service is horrible. Constant dropped calls and extremely slow internet speeds making it impossible to conduct business. Additionally, service is unavailable at my house, and Sprint's only solution to this is to make us purchase a service booster for $120 (regular price $250 but they will do us the "favor" of giving a credit since their service does not work). Impossible to get out of contract without paying $350 per line. This company is a scam. AVOID

I've been patiently waiting for their so called towers upgrade and I was promised by someone that in June would be complete. This service is the worst. I've had Sprint in the past and thought I would give them a chance because of price. I had to connect a landline to call for technical support. I will definitely change carriers. They won't even let me terminate service early even though I've called in with numerous complaints. Sprint sucks ASS! I'm tired of their BS with stupid Tower upgrade excuses.
