Verizon
Service is deplorable. Calls get dropped, speech garbled and can only make calls from a few places in house. Service has gotten worse over the past few years

I have very limited service. If I want to stream- I loose my signal more often then not. Is a mobile boost worth it in my area? I have been told by neighbors it is due to SDPD antennas in this area.

Terrible. Calls dropped and constantly cutting out.

Horrible cell reception in our house, constantly dropped calls and between 0-1 bars. Must walk out to driveway near street (Via Valverde) to get 1-2 bars, and sometimes calls drop when out in street / driveway as well. Unacceptable. Is Verizon any better?

Only carrier that works in my house. Verizon doesn't ring, Spring searches for service. AT&T only worked connected to WiFi. Have had TMobile for 4 years now, and have been 95% satisfied. Some touch and go areas while driving across country. But have roamed to Cellular One and AT&T towers without any issues. Great coverage in Mexico(Puerto Vallarta).

Calls are constantly dropped and issues even trying to make calls. The service has gotten worse this past year and not sure why. It doesn’t matter where I am on house

Both T Mobile and Sprint give me terrible reception on Felton St. I had Sprint Via Boost and Now T Mobile via metro. I just switched because the reception on Boost was so bad but Metro is even worse. Both carriers provide excellent reception everywhere I go except for my new apartment. I am told it is interference with the planes landing... flight path about a mile away. I don't buy that. Lived in OB and they took off right over my head and had perfect coverage. Very frustrating as I've gotten used to, over the years, of not paying for cable and internet.

My experience is that VZ is the only carrier that consistently works in Coronado. At the Back Gate, at the top of the Bridge, the service works fine. It is the most expensive, but it does work.

After purchasing a new phone from Apple and switching from T-Mobile to AT&T, kept having issues with the service as an eSim was used for the new iPhone. After troubleshooting for a while, was told to change and get a physical Sim card, and made an appointment for the store. Guy comes and puts a SIM card in, then before activating, wanted to charge me $5 for it, and I said no, the service has not worked since we have had it, and if we need to pay for a SIM card, to get the manager and cancel the service. He left, went to the back, and came back and gave the thumbs up, said there would not be a charge. That little bit of service and fighting, I did not like, but the issue with the service was taken care of by having a physical sim card. Other than that incident, I have mainly been happy with the switch to AT&T as the service has worked and been great.

Ended up leaving T-Mobile because after 6 months of being told that things are improving, yet we did not experience it, and that it would start changing in 12-18 months with the Sprint Merger, sorry, but another year after 6 months of no service was not acceptable, especially with only being able to use service on WiFi. We moved to AT&T, and with the discounts and veterans discounts, it costs about the same amount, even with Netflix, and we can actually make phone calls now and use the data, both in the Southern California area and when we travel into Mexico. I cannot recommend T-Mobile in this area.
