Coverage is junk in Loma Portal. It varies from 3 to 0 bars, dropping calls at a moments notice. Any time a plane flies over, your call is dropped.

Service has gotten excellent over the years it crushes AT&T and Verizon all over town. Speeds are fenomenal much faster than my home internet.

I have never had good Verizon coverage at my house, next to nothing. I have to go outside my house to talk to anyone, and so do several of my neighbors. We're all outside talking on our cell phones.

We switched to ATT a few months ago because my husband had had good experience. Now our cell service in our house is terrible. Sometimes it improves outside but we must be far away from our area for it to work better. I used to have a similar issue with T-Mobile but it was only in our house. and we adapted. ATT is ridiculous when it comes to customer service. We are going to check out Verizon or return to TMobile which at least has a better system for traveling.

We've always had Version as our carrier. Dropped calls, texting takes 5+ minutes to go through, even with data on. very dissapointed with Version.

Was a T-Mobile customer for over 9years, then finally quit last November because of NO RECEPTION IN CHULA VISTA around our home. Using WiFi at home worked, except Juan travels often with his job, and in October, when he went to Mexico, had to call in and complain because his phone was turned off. We were told that he gets 5 GB of data in Mexico every month, but only when we used 10 GB on the T-Mobile network. Issue, NO SERVICE IN CHULA VISTA, ONLY WITH WI-FI, BUT WIFI DOES NOT COUNT. They said they slowed the phone down, but until they took that off, no calls could be made or received by him while in Mexico. Turning the phone off and giving the excuse that they just slowed it down, sorry excuse to strand someone, especially when the only service at home in the USA is by WiFi and creates a problem. Just tried again with a friend that visitied, still NO SIGNAL IN CHULA VISTA, NOT EVEN WITH 5G. If this is not T-Mobile saying to go away, not sure what is.
