I switched from Verizon to Sprint (customer service) a few years ago, then from Sprint to T-Mobile (savings) this week, and so far I am very happy. Not only is my bill cheaper, but I get better reception in places that I didn't with either Verizon or Sprint. In my house, I get 4g LTE and 4 bars. I just use Wifi calling and data there anyways, but it's nice to know the reception is there. With both Sprint and Verizon, I was roaming... Also, in my work office I got a very weak 3G signal with Sprint, and 1-3 bars. With my T-Mobile S4, I get 4g LTE and 4-5 bars.Was this review helpful to you?

The coverage map says "Excellent" but the phone says "No Service" I opened a ticket and TMobile told me they had existing complaints from there, which makes it even more irritating that the map is a load of BS. Apparently they're building a tower, but in the meantime, the best they could offer was to suck it up or go with someone else. Great customer service.Was this review helpful to you?
For years I used a TracFone and never had a dropped call. Ever since I upgraded to a Galaxy3 through Virgin Mobile I can't have a phone call without being dis connected. Pretty sure they use Sprints towers. I have no problems with internet connections..just constant dropped phone calls. Love the phone..hate the dropped calls.Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with T-Mobile for about 12 years and after about 6 months of moving into our new house our reception went from not great to horrible. I get one or two bars. Trying to use the internet is a joke. I have to sit in one room to get any kind of reception in my house. I immediately called when the reception got worse and T-Mobile refused to admit that something had changed although there were several other "open ticket" complaints. The rep then tacked my complaint onto another persons ticket. Nothing ever changed. They sent me two signal boosters that didn't do anything. Sometimes the signal booster shows it's not even picking up a signal. Every time I call they say "you should be getting excellent coverage". And if these guys tell me to turn my phone off and on or pull out the battery one more time I'm gonna loose it!Was this review helpful to you?
1 bar, 2 bars or no bars... and 4G? Not even close. The network shows as "H" whatever that it is, it is slow. Im unable to use the PayPal point of sale credit card swiper for my small business because the connection is too slow. I often hold my phone up and move my arm around in an attempt to locate a better connection. I've lived in third world countries with faster networks. The old Sprint I started with business plan was "Quality so high you can hear a pin drop"', new business plan is "unlimited garbage for one low price". Looks like they got rid of those Pin guys.Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon used to be a good carrier, but something has changed. Lately I'm having problems just connecting to cell tours and my phone often says it's roaming even though it shouldn't. When I do connect, data speeds are much less than they were a year ago and latency and error rates are sometimes high. I pay way to much for such horrible service.Was this review helpful to you?
No data connectivity 95% of the time. If you live or work in this or surrounding areas, stay away from Sprint!Was this review helpful to you?
