Constant dropped calls. Many calls get a single ring but within a minute I get the message waiting signal. Never seem to have problems getting my message. My wife and I are waiting patiently until November to drop ATT / Cingular and never look back!

I had Cingular for 2 years and lived in Mira Mesa. I can't count how many times it said 5 bars and the next thing I knew, the call dropped. Customer service was very apathetic also and told me I could drop for $175- thanks for the options guys. I had a Nokia, a Motorola V550, and then another Nokia phone, none of them changed the poor coverage and terrible Cingular service. I switched to Verizon, finally, and have had maybe 2 dropped calls in the area - vs hundreds with Cingular. My recommendation - use anyone by Cingular (oh, and don't buy the bs commercials)!

Reception is fine outside the house. But about 1 foot in the house basically Zero reception. Must keep phone right by window to get reception.

The service is alright.. Until you get off of cottonwood and then bam.. Gone! I work in this area and the coverage is terrible in the office. Verizon has towers all over, why dont they get service here who knows!

HORRIBLE! at least 4 dropped calls in a 30 minute period of time! also MANY dropped calls on Balboa Ave and Kearny Mesa Blvd. stuck in a 2 year contract. does anyone have any advise on getting out of Sprint??? I honestly cant believe how horrible it is.
