Left Verizon to save money on the bill but Sprint has so many drop calls in the lake miramar area and Mira Mesa area. Even though I have unlimited data it's so slow download and uploading and at home I always have to be connected to wifi. Will be switching back to Verizon.

Little to no signal in immediate and surrounding neighborhood. Occasionally 1X or 3G signal will pop in for a bit, otherwise it's no signal at all. Can't even make a phone call. Verizon customer service says besides a range extender, there's nothing they can do as it's a "limited coverage area". Nation's largest 4G network huh? I'm not in a rural or low population area at all either... .

I have one bar on my phone when I'm home... if I go in my office it disconnects because I have no service... I use sprint

I travel a lot and have *never* had zero reception in any airport I've been in... until I went to San Diego. Couldn't believe T-Mobile had near-zero coverage at the Omni hotel close by the airport and zero coverage at the airport. Really astounding.

I have been a customer of T-Mobile for 6 years. They used to have good network coverage with reasonable price. I have the unlimited data, calls and text plan. Starting 2015 their LTE coverage is becoming the worst, the network strength shows full bars however when you try to use internet it is very slow. call quality is horrible, drops often.I was hoping that they would upgrade their system with time instead they are getting worse. Now they are forcing me to change carrier.

Worst carrier on the planet. No reception most of the time and the store tells you to call customer service and customer service tells you to go to the store, so no one will ever help you. they have the send you to the other department run around down to a science. I've been trying to get service and they are very happy to take my money, but could care a less about getting my phone to work! T-Mobile spends all of its money telling people how great their network is, but nothing on getting the network to work. Literally every other carrier gets great service in my neighborhood, except T-mobile. Do not believe their advertisements. They get horrible reception all across America! Zero stars is too high a rating for these guys and ther upper management is completely dishonest. So Cal VP, says if you didnt have service you should have called customer service, which I did dozens of times and they just said go in to the store, which I did dozens of times and they said, well we can't help you, so you have to call customer service. At the end of the day you've wasted hours and hours of your time and your phone doesn't work. I actually bought a cheapo phone at WalMart and use their AT&T ervice and have great reception, but wish I'd never ever done business with T-Mobile! Absolutely the worst cellular company on the planet with horrible reception and absolutely no intention of ever trying to get their customers phones to ever work!

Refund requested on all services provided extremely poor Services an area that it is promised I will get the ultimate high speed and pay the ultimate premium price no service is given or very little service a given at certain times and the reception is god awful you can't stream any YouTube videos anything that you want to stream it gets cut off phone calls get cut off constantly it's the worst service ever !

Have been a customer for 10+ years with on-going network problems even with a cell signal booster provided by T-Mobile. If this was unplugged, I wouldn't have service but the service was spotty. The reason I stuck with them that long was because my bill stayed the same amount every month unlike the other service providers. The poor network is on my last nerve so I am finally switching today.
