Sprint is horrible. After dealing with all this tower nonsense, I know more than those idiots in tech support. Worthless...

as of Aug 28, 2013, AT&T phone indicates 4-5 "Bars" of signal strength... using the most current SIM Card available. "talk" feature of AT&T sucks: spotty audio, hissing, sounds cuts in / our, dropped calls - consistently. Doesn't matter indoors or outdoors.

For over 10 months I have been hoping that the signal strength would at the very least keep calls from being dropped. I have heard numerous complaints from other Sprint customers in the Bay Park neighborhood on the same subject. 3G or 4G, it shouldn't and doesn't matter to me. I simply think your calls should not be dropped at random as a daily occurrence. this really happens daily more than 40% of the time and is maddening. The company line at customer service isn't helping. They shipped the "booster" I hooked into my internet, (forget that it is also paid by yours truly to a different service provider) and it didn't do anything to help with the dropping of calls. They offered me a $25 credit for 4 consecutive months, clearly hoping that would keep me for leaving them, poor form! I hate to say it, but sadly I believe Spring is failing miserably. I wouldn't want to be in their marketing department, or would I. How about quit "spinning the story" and just tell us the truth. I believe at the $130 I pay a month, I am entitled to it.

Coverage fluctuates thru the day. I can have 3G early in the AM and by mid-day in the exact same spot I'll be roaming. I drive around for miles trying to find 3G at lunch. Finally gave up and went to Starbucks.

Have been a Sprint customer x 12 years and am obviously very, very gullible. Can't call or receive out of my condo's bedrooms or bathrooms. I was positive that Sprint will keep their promise of unlimited everything but I am positive it is just another Sprint empty promise. My patience and naivete are gone. Here I come Verizon.

lose network connection on a regular basis, just in the past few weeks. Sprint reps have very very poor customer relations. Have spoken to over a dozen at Sprint stores and on phone.. say towers are down and no idea when they will be back in service.. I explained how I need internet service for my business... basically I am out of luck. Prior to the past several weeks.. all was good... will NEVER use Sprint again and considering paying the $350 to get out of contract just to have network connection... very poor company... Sprint suckes... .! DO NOT CHOSE SPRINT FOR YOUR PHONE CARRIES... ..

We have such poor reception at our house off Hamilton Lane that Sprint gave us an Airave at no charge. It isn't much better since the Internet connection must be near perfect for calls to connect or be noise / beep-free, and that near perfect internet connection (Cox) is seldom good enough to make the Airave work well. We are disappointed with Sprint's coverage and total lack of 4G coverage our store implied we would receive.

😡 This is so frustrating! For the last 2 to 3 weeks my service has gotten increasingly worse, not stabilizing not better just worse from bad to worse... dropped calls, can't get calls inside my house,my landline does not work at all. Total bummer😒 Sprint has recently been bought out by different company and promises that it will be making changes to better the service?? I have been with Sprint for over seven years and have enjoyed the service although lately I am seriously considering Switching carriers. Sad to say, I think they're losing it... .
