I get zero at& t reception in my unit in South Mission beach. If I walk into street, I get one bar. I purchased a $200 AT&T Microcell booster which gives me 5 bars.

Since almost the beginning of this year (2013) my reception in the area that I live has been HORRIBLE. Idk what is going. Every call I make in or around my home gets dropped, my internet doesn't work at all and my text messages come in late. I've never had a problem with Sprint before but its unmanageable

Can't get reception inside my condo unit. Have to go outside on the street to get minimal reception to make calls. Currently use cable wifi, but it's slow. What's the point of 4G phone without being able to use it at your own home? Will switch as soon as the contract is up. Whichever carrier cares enough to cover the area will get my business.

Had T-Mobile didnt work in my room had to switch to AT&T cause it recieved calls in my room. $$$ more than T-Mobile but doesn't matter if doesn't work. T-Mobile great in MI and AZ not so much in SD Birdrock area.

SPRINT is just going to milk the money that everyone continues to pay without actually making a written complaint or LAWSUIT! The service is nearly non existent and you cannot use NETFLIX or U TUBE at all. WAKE up PEOPLE with over 4000 COMPLAINTS on the internet and SAN DIEGO a MAJOR city has NO 4G----SCAM! for over 4 YEARS! CLASS ACTION SUIT IS NEEDED!Sprint will not do anything until COMPELLED to do it by a COURT ORDER!

No usable reception at my home or in El Cajon. Due to the 4G upgrade, my phone is unusuable. Get dropped calls, low signal strength, and intermittant connections. Often I can hear the party I called, however they can not hear me. Sprint said it may take util June 2013 to repair the network in the El Cahon area. This is unacceptable.
