No usable reception at my home or in El Cajon. Due to the 4G upgrade, my phone is unusuable. Get dropped calls, low signal strength, and intermittant connections. Often I can hear the party I called, however they can not hear me. Sprint said it may take util June 2013 to repair the network in the El Cahon area. This is unacceptable.

Coverage has always been spotty in certain areas of my apartment, but in the last month I've hardly been able to connect for more than a few minutes. It doesn't matter where in the apartment I am or if I go outside. My phone has full bars until I actually try to call someone and then it drops to no bars.

Reception very poor in my house, usually 1 or 2 bars, sometimes 3. Even outside, it never exceeds three. Will contact ATT to see if I they will give me a femtocell. If not, will move to another carrier when my contract is up this summer.

4G data connection is not strong. 3G data is available but speed is slow a few times. Voice calls cannot catch coverage in kitchen and bedroom.

Sprint tower closest to this location down starting Jan 4, 2013. Terrible service since then. Chronic dropped calls. Airave is intended to improve signal, but unit not available to me at this time because tower is down, so they would not approve one for me. Possible tower fix by Jan 25, 2013. I have been loyal Sprint customer for over 15 years. When current contract expires I will seriously consider changing carriers.

I hope Sprint reads these reviews. Horrible network. Non-existent 4G even before they discontinued wimax. I can rerely use google navagation because of the super sloooow and poor network.

Loyal Verizon customers for 6+ years. No more! Takes forever to load, we're throttled to next to zero reception. Wife has Pantech with unlimited 4G, must mean 4 Gillion years to download anything. The hotspot we got? What a joke. They replaced it twice, haven't been able to use it in months, yet we're still stuck paying $60 / month on a completely useless device. Verizon, it was a worthy ride until about a year ago. Seldom operable isn't an adequate description. Get ready to say goodbye to six accounts.
