rarely have any reception... 1-2 bars at best. constant dropped calls at my house, and at my work in Hillcrest. Terrible and they will do nothing about it! I want to switch but it sounds like they are all terrible in this area.

I've been on Sprint for years! I moved to pasternack place 2 years ago and my cell reception and data speeds are horrible. I just went to the iphone 5 and seems the reception and data are worse!

Verizon 3G and 4G in my area is horrible I barley even get a 3G signal at my house I have family who has Sprint and AT&T and they don't even Have service! Please fix this Verizon

I moved to a new location that is less than 4 miles from old place. I have new 4G HTC phone; and receive less than one bar. Piggy backing on wifi services is no better (dropped calls, spotty reception, etc.). Presented issue to tmboile... their response... ... ... Tmobile will not release me from the contract without a $200 ETF... .. period. (& it sucks to be me... .since I decided to move). I will be terminating my contract within the month... after I am able to locate a new provider that does cover this area... . I will take the ETF hit to my wallet... I've been a loyal customer (ie, 8 yrs). Final score: T-Mobile = a big, fat, zero $$$$$ and lose of a dedicated customer +++Prospective customers, beware of this company's business practices. Absolutely the worst I've ever seen. Drops calls in apartment most of the time. Have net10 LG l45c 3g smartphone which uses AT&T network. Away from home the phone usually works ok.

Service is terrible and has progressively gotten worse. I'm out of contract and after 17 years with the same contract, I'm ready to jump ship! Calls drop, and people can't hear me on the other end. You would think in a very populated area AT&T could get us proper cell service.
