For the past year I always get and send calls, text, and data without failure.

4 bars that drop to 1 or none as soon as I try to use my phone in La Quinta cove. I have had Sprint service over 15 years and this is the worse. I work in Rancho Mirage and no cell service there. I never get 4G.

I had ATT / Cingular for years, but service here on the hill was terrible. When the phone rang I had to run upstairs to a corner of the bedroom to talk. The final straw came when 8 consecutive calls dropped! I switched to Verizon that day and in the 7+ years since I have no more than 3 or 4 dropped calls. I will never use any other carrier. Verizon is the best cellular company by far.

I just switched from AT&T and wish I hadn't. Zero service for T-Mobile, Unbelievable that T-Mobile ignores their customers in this area.

No reception 95% of the time. Texts come through occasionally but often need to be resent.

Almost no reception. Rarely more than 1 bar. 2 out of 3 calls either dropped or prematurely terminated. Poor reception inside and outside of the house. However, I also have poor reception with the same carrier at my home in Washington!

Do not use ATT in this part of Palm Desert. 90% of calls dropped when I'm at home. Very poor data speeds in many parts of the valley and no connectivity in many either. And though the reps are nice and do their best, ATT doesn't give them much to work with. And this is with a Galaxy S3 so it has nothing to do with the phone it has everything to do with ATT being misleading. They shouldn't attempt to provide service in the part of Palm Desert where I live.

Horrible and Disgraceful that AT&T takes hundreds of dollars from customer accounts each month and provides this shi$ty service. It is dishonest! They should be ashamed of their poor customer service. One bar and I'm paying well over 130 a month? Clearly they don't care about keeping customers because there is always another sucker on the line.

No signal in the house. Have to walk down the street to get one bar, which is USELESS.
