Verizon
In spite of the many easily hacked satellites overhead that collect our whereabouts it seems that Verizon could at least support its consumers with as much as the consumer pays each month. Add the many security apps as suggested only to have them not do what they are created to do. Contact support then spend wayyy too much time on the phone. Finally get to the Dept needed only to be promised the world that the consumer will be contacted either by text, phone or email within 24 hours with the results then not received any contact whatsoever. I called 72+ hours later to learn from the first line agent that no contact was attempted and that it was a Tech Support issue. It is not. It is a Fraud issue. Verizon has moles witin its agency. One agent was actually under the influence. Initially I thought the man had a speech problem however as he let his temperament reveal himself I realized that he was under the influence of either etoh or other substance. I gracefully got off the phone then called again only to go through the same time consuming routine. Btw, the longer we're on hold the easier it it for the line to be intercepted by gawd kwho knows who.

This whole city has poor internet and cell service. It’s a vacation destination and yet the infrastructure for these is and has been substandard.

Poor T-Mobile service here. At times getting E for signal strength or even SOS! If it was not for my Wi-Fi signal I would not be able to use my cell phone. If this doesn’t improve I will be looking to leave T- Mobile.

The reception cell service along hwy 111 in Rancho Mirage from about Frank Sinatra Dr. to Bob Hope Dr. is nearly a dead zone. If you need to make a call or like me live here and your wifi is down you cant make a call for service or help. Its very bad!

Constantly dropping calls, no service off and on seems like depends on the day in my house. Riding through the city off and on coverage. Worst city to have T-Mobile from my experience and I came from San Diego which T-Mobile was fine in that area

I have had MetroPCS for about ten years now. I must be one of the lucky one's because I have never had major issues with my service. I have gone to visit my brother in Arizona and service there was also great. I am happy and will continue with Metro.

I have been having problems with T-Mobile for the past year. I can't make or receive calls. I can text only to another iphone. I try to call for tech support and get transferred again and again with no resolution. So much wasted time! Today I called again and they routed me to Sprint, who had no record of my account. How can they say my account is closed when I have been paying every month? I went to the local T-Mobile store and they admitted I live in a blackout area. No resolution offered.

It's been 18 years and AT&T has not improved the cell reception in this area. I've called AT&T to file a complaint but nothing has been done to fix the issue.
