Worst reception I've ever had. Anytime I call and complain, I get some bs about how the tower is beingworked on. How many months does it take to fix this problem? I hear Verizon is betterWas this review helpful to you?
I've never had any problems with reception at this location or along PCH. Sometimes it drops my wireless internet but that's a Cox deal I think. Was this review helpful to you?
Hard to believe Sprint has the "highest" rating here in Ladera. Definitely not getting my 140.00+ per mo. worth... very frustrated! Was this review helpful to you?
I live in a black hole, apparently! If you live by the pier and want to be able to use your phone to, like, talk to someone, FORGET IT! The phone rings and dials as if you have service but when you answer, the person cannot hear you... though the call does not drop! So, they say, "Are you there?" and you say, "Yes, I am here." and they say, "Hello?" and you say, usually louder though I do not know why, "YES! I CAN HEAR YOU!" and they reply, "Oh dang. The call must of dropped." And you shout, "NO! I AM HERE! DO NOT HANG UP!" as they hang up. If you are in this area (close to the pier) and are considering getting AT&T as your provider, DON'T!Was this review helpful to you?
I have been a customer for same company since 90's way before AT&T acquired Cingular and Cingular acquired PacBell. During last 20 years, I lived at 4 difference addresses in South Orange County, but this place with AT&T is the worst. People can't call me or contact me when they needed. Every single calls are dropped. They can't hear me or I can't hear them. I'm seriously thinking about switching a carrier, but reading this site, other carriers seem to have same problem. I guess we are in dead zone... .What happened to those the news of new tower being build at Marguerite Pkwy. and Felipe????(Wasn't that the area?)Was this review helpful to you?
Tried T-Mobile but the signal was just not strong enough for us at the house. Was this review helpful to you?
Cell Phone calls OK. GPS Navigation won't work On a brand new Kyocera Torque phoneWas this review helpful to you?
Phone reception is the absolute worst. Verizon does not have their own towers in this area. They lost their contract with At&T and t mobile, whose cell towers provided service to Verizon users in this area. Does any one have two tin cans and some string. This would be more effective! Was this review helpful to you?
Verison service is spoty in area and in my residence. Customer service reprogram my 3S and there was no difference. They have me as a customer over 20 years and offered to waive my contract termination fee if dissatisfied and I switch to another carrier. After reading the various reviews I will not pay $275 TO HAVE A BOOSTER INSTALLED BY VERISON AND INSTEAD WILL USE HARD LINE IF IMPORTANT CALL IS TO BE MADE WHERE SIGNAL STRENTH DROPS BELOW 3 BARS.Was this review helpful to you?
You would think with as many as 40,000 people visiting Laguna Beach on a Saturday or Sunday during the summer and the annual number of tourists estimated at about 3 million that AT&T would get there services working correctly. Instead the coverage stops working during the summer, theres a million dead spots, failed calls. ect. Its awful! I thought Sprint was bad but in Laguna I was much better off. Plus no LTE even though every surrounding city has it. Irvine, Newport Beach, Aliso Viejo...Was this review helpful to you?
