Drop calls, voice breaks up when talking, long delays for text delivery. Was this review helpful to you?
I basically get no reception at my house in Lake Forest. Its so bad that I have to use either face time or skype (both over wifi) because I can't make or receive calls. It can take literal minutes to send texts if i'm not connected to wifi and using Imessage. Was this review helpful to you?
Data flunctuates from 1x, to 3G, to 4G, and back to 1x, in a matter of minutes. Need stronger and more consistant signal. Was this review helpful to you?
My phone won't ring, and won't say anything about a missed call but I'll have a voice mail waiting. Hmmm. : /Was this review helpful to you?

There's no coverage where I live have made numerous calls about problem to tmobil, got the wifi cell tower which helped a little but I still have lots of dropped calls and calls and texts that I don't receive. T-Mobile Definitely needs more towers or updates to there old ones... .Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon owes it to their customers to place a tower for those of us in Laguna Beach. I cannot Facetime with my family, I cant make phone calls without it constantly being dropped, and I certainly don't get to use my phone's browser when I'm in the house or anywhere in Laguna, for that matter. What kind of service is that? Pathetic. Get your stuff together, Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?
I have no service in my apartment and poor in the area. I pay a considerable amount for my service. Called AT&T and they claim that the City won't let them place a tower; however, they can give you a micro cell tower for $150 minus $75 rebate. So that means I have to pay another amount for services I am already paying and should be receiving. I have been a customer for 10 years. Other neighbors had the same problem and they merely switched service. I will most likely be going that route. Was this review helpful to you?
