I occasionally get enough reception to text, but most of the time my cell phone is just a tiny computer instead of an actual phone. I can't use it to make or receive calls. It's ridiculous. Was this review helpful to you?

I entered "poor" only because sometimes I can send a text message or make a call, if I go outside. Inside it's hopeless. They keep telling us the network is being upgraded, but that is not true. Each update they texted me about changed nothing. My contract is up in a few weeks and they told me again that they will be upgrading. It's not true. I'm dumping their obscenely poor service. Check the carriers service maps before you sign-up. In this neighborhood only one, Verizon, even claims full coverage. The others probably lie or exaggerate. Of my neighbors on Sprint and T-Mobile and Verizon, only the Verizon customers do not complain of needing to go outside to make a call. Once last year ATT left me without 911 service! 911! That's illegal. Was this review helpful to you?
I have had Sprint Service since 1999 and I switched to AT&T which at that time was Cingular and the only good thing about Cingular was they offered roll over minutes. Bad thing was I could never stay on the phone without getting dropped calls or no service at all inside a building. I went back to Sprint after my contract was up and was so happy with my service. My husband has AT&T through his work and we went to Philadelphia and on the 10th floor in our hotel room, again I had excellent service and my husband who has AT&T could not get service at all. He made a call to his boss and he could hear his boss but his boss could not hear him. I was happy I brought my Sprint cell phone so we could communicate with his boss during our trip. Was this review helpful to you?
Have lived here 1 year and have horrible service ever since. Even have the MicroCell Tower that I got free from AT&T because I complained so much. The tower doesn't help. The past 2 weeks it is to the point that every call is broken, we catch every other word or part of a word. Even when standing 2 feet from the MicroCell. Called AT&T again, they opened a case, still haven't heard anything back. Asked about cancelling because our neighbors have Verizon and have no problems, AT&T said would still have to pay contract cancellation charge. May have to just break down and do it because we don't have a home phone. Was this review helpful to you?

Here I have a poor reception, I always have 2 bars and communication is not clear sometimes. I think they should place anothre tower in this area. Was this review helpful to you?
I've been with T-Mobile for over ten years. Just traded my five year old first generation Galaxy in for an iPhone 5. If I had boarder line 3G reception before I have pitiful 4G reception now, especially indoors whether it be my home or different office locations around O.C. Initially I thought, well, no problem, I'll just use WiFI to keep connected. To my dismay T-Mobile did not get WiFi phone calling with the iPhone! WFT? I love the phone, but the service sucks. Deciding between Verizon or Sprint. Will take a $200 hit but it's better than crappy service! Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T's coverage map shows the whole city of Laguna Niguel to have their "best" coverage. I can get no reception at my house, garage, or out in the street. I have to drive 200 yards from my house for phone to work. At least AT&T will sell me for $200 an antenna that "might" work. AVOID AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
On street can marginally get signal to place a call. Data hardly works at all, lucky if I can get a site by holding the phone to the sky. Inside the house is even worse. Signal will fade between nothing and reading 2 bars. That is until I go to use the phone, then it shows 0 bars. Sprint, you've got to put a cell tower here, just not near my house. Need a residential cell booster. Was this review helpful to you?
