we have reception on both the htc evo and the blackberry while calling from inside the house which we did not get while on VerizonWas this review helpful to you?
For eight years the service was excellent. About six months ago it started to go downhill and has done so continuously. Some days I can't hold a call at all. Yesterday I had a call as I approached my garage, drove in with door open and call dropped as soon as I was inside. Time to move on from Sprint. Not enough broadcast strength to handle the customer base. Was this review helpful to you?
Horrid, horrid, horrid. "Emergency Calls Only" most of the time. Calls dropped most of the time. Voicemail notifications DAYS late. Email notifications days late or not at all. Worst service I have ever had. Representatives simply parrot the script over and over - no help at all, they do NOT care and simply repeat over and over how long the contract is and how much they will charge (extort) to get out. Representatives are, or have been reduced to script-reading clones Never again, AT&T - you are the worst. AT&T employees reading this - Get out and save your dignity and self respect; your company is horrible. Was this review helpful to you?
I drop calls in my home constantly. Reception is better near The Town Green. Dat is painfully slow. Was this review helpful to you?
Cellular service with Sprint has been frustrating. I have only had 4G service while in LA or Las Vegas, but never in OC. When I did have 4G, my colleague's 3G on another major carrier was faster. Ugh. Sprint gave me an AirRave signal booster for being a longtime customer. My previous residence in Irvine (Sand Canyon and Irvine Blvd) was a dead zone, I couldn't get a signal within a block of my apartment. I use it here now in Aliso Viejo. Without it, I would not have adequate signal strength in my home. Was this review helpful to you?
Txt msgs keep coming in late. Voicemails reach me day late. HBO GO wont play. Tried to upgrade to hotspot, very slow. Worst coverage Ive ever had with Sprint ever. Been with them since 99'.Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint is having major problems with towers in Lake Forest Ca. Confirmed by tech support and Sprint Store: many customers effected. Being going on for 4 weeks. Dismissed calls, network busy, sms errors, etc.Was this review helpful to you?
My calls are dropped all of the time, and when they are not dropped, they are unclear... below average reception on the road and at home. Was this review helpful to you?
Thinking about using AT&T in Lake Forest, parts of Rancho Santa Margarita or Irvine, think again. I get NO reception in my home and have to travel to the curb to make a call. From El Toro to Los Alisos you'll get from no reception to 2 bars. If you are out past Los Alisos, it will go up to 3 bars, but your call will likely get dropped. If you think that 911 will work, well it does, but I have timed it 3 times and it takes on average 1 minute and 30 seconds for the call to connect. If you want AT&T will sell you a $200 cell booster and offer to charge you an additional $20 per month to fix the problem, of course it is probably just cheaper to switch companies. Was this review helpful to you?
