3 different phones in apartment and reception is awful. Drops calls, cannot hear other party, had to buy land line phone just to make and receive calls. Even using WiFi calling, it sucks. Going to call Sprint and ask how they can improve it, without spending more. I already spend @ $300 per month for this sucky service.Was this review helpful to you?

ATT sucks in Laguna Beach period. If the city is resisting letting ATT have a new tower within the city, ATT needs to lobby harder making the point that Laguna having no ATT service towers is going to affect the city's tourist business. Maybe if they understand it's going to cost them tourist revenue they'll get smart and approve a new tower location.Was this review helpful to you?
I wasn't sure whether to check "poor" or "no reception." It is time to get rid of AT&T. If I can call out at all, my grandson warns about my "robot voice" before we get disconnected. Maybe if all of Laguna Beach switches service, AT&T might notice.Was this review helpful to you?
My expensive smartphone and Verizon service entered the stone age when I recently moved to this area of Laguna near Ruby's. I concur that Verizon definitely owes it to it's customer's to provide some basic network improvements for this area. As it is now I get dropped calls and my texts refuse to send; any smartphone features are useless or function in geologic time. The reception is so abominably poor I am looking to cancel my Verizon contract and find a service that works in this area. Hey Verizon, can you hear me now?!Was this review helpful to you?

After 7 years of good reception with T-mobile; as of last week I cannot make a call out or receive Messages (rings once then hangs up). Calling out their is a 4 second delay then a beep, beep, beep, then a hang-up. Customer service is useless; they finally told me I would have to go to another Carrier. Uhhh, they don't think I know that many of the carriers piggy-back off of AT&T's towers; and AT&T is no gem in this area. Stuck!Was this review helpful to you?
