I wasn't sure whether to check "poor" or "no reception." It is time to get rid of AT&T. If I can call out at all, my grandson warns about my "robot voice" before we get disconnected. Maybe if all of Laguna Beach switches service, AT&T might notice. Was this review helpful to you?
My expensive smartphone and Verizon service entered the stone age when I recently moved to this area of Laguna near Ruby's. I concur that Verizon definitely owes it to it's customer's to provide some basic network improvements for this area. As it is now I get dropped calls and my texts refuse to send; any smartphone features are useless or function in geologic time. The reception is so abominably poor I am looking to cancel my Verizon contract and find a service that works in this area. Hey Verizon, can you hear me now?!Was this review helpful to you?

After 7 years of good reception with T-mobile; as of last week I cannot make a call out or receive Messages (rings once then hangs up). Calling out their is a 4 second delay then a beep, beep, beep, then a hang-up. Customer service is useless; they finally told me I would have to go to another Carrier. Uhhh, they don't think I know that many of the carriers piggy-back off of AT&T's towers; and AT&T is no gem in this area. Stuck! Was this review helpful to you?
There is zero data coverage for a several mile radius around the location I cited. I drove 4 miles from my house to a store and had zero internet coverage the entire trip. AT&T is absolute garbage in Mission Viejo. Their coverage map shows I get 4G LTE but the complete and total lack of any data coverage in my own home and surrounding area says otherwise. Was this review helpful to you?
Always on edge mabey 2 bars. I thought it was the phone but I think its the serviceWas this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile was great until 7 / 22 / 15. They took down the 4G LTE tower to upgrade it to a new network and the only tower that is available to service our area is a 2G tower. 2G is equivalent to ZERO data / voice reception. I am unable to consistently make calls, received texts or access any data at my house or within a 4 mile radius from my house. They say that it will take up to 6 months to upgrade the network. 1. They did not tell anyone that they were doing this. 2. They are not offering any kind of compensation or options to fix the issue while we wait for the upgrade. The customer service people have been very nice, but unable to help in anyway. I'm extremely disappointed in the way they are handling this situation. I'd stay away from T-Mobile from now if you are in this area. At least until they get the issue fixed! Was this review helpful to you?
No issues whatsoever with Verizon, Galaxy S5 and S6, even though ATT is 50% cheaper, after reading reviews I am going to stick with VZ... Cox installer with a Galaxy S6, and T-Mobile, could not make or receive calls, I had to lend him my VZ phone to get the cable service authorized - July 2015Was this review helpful to you?
Map shows full coverage. I was at restaurant on LA grandada and no reception there either. Very disappointing. Had no idea coverage so bad when I signed up with tmobil. Have same issues up north in foothills. Gary D Stockton caWas this review helpful to you?
