Shows two bars with LTE but can't even watch a YouTube video without buffering. FB is a joke with every page having to buffer and load before it comes up

Service is terrible! I cant get messages or use social media once I drive north or south of Fresno. Calling customer service is a bigger disaster. Terrible service all the way around.

I just switched to Sprint a month ago at first I'm hesitant to switch since I had a bad coverage experience before with Sprint but given their 30days trial period I switched since I have nothing to lose. Switching to Sprint is the best decision I ever made they really improved a lot and now I'm very happy that I switched I'm saving lot of money and at the same time enjoying my brand new phone and better coverage - iphone 6s user

I just switched to Sprint a few weeks ago at first I'm very hesitant to switch because before Sprint coverage is not good but I tried and that is the best decision I ever made. they really improved a lot. I saved money compare to what I'm paying before in Verizon and I also have a better coverage now

I drop calls frequently. most of the times I have no signal unless I'm connected to WiFi.

Never had dropped calls until I moved to this part of town. Now, IF I can get a call to connect, it drops. I haven't had a landline in 10 years until now. I can't rely on the cell phones I pay $200+ a month for. Sprint has allegedly sent me a device called an "Airave" to cure these issues, but it has been over a month and they have a million excuses as to why I haven't received it yet. There is nothing more embarrassing to me than having my business receive a call and, when I answer, a potential customer not being able to tell I'm on the phone. I'm not sure there's a better alternative. It's cheaper and easier to update my website to reflect the landline number I now have to use.

I get dropped calls everyday. I get text days late. Sprint was the worst decision ever. And now I have to pay a fee to cancel? This is unfair. If you're thinking of signing up with sprint... Please don't. It's nothing but a headache.

I don't receive texts at all on occasion. Sometimes I receive only partial texts. Often it arrives as a "could not download. Retry" message and it still won't arrive. I am switching due to so many lost text messages. People think I am a bad friend because I don't respond!

Have been on Sprint for 10 years now. been lied to since day one. Upgraded to the htc evo 3d in 2011 and was promised 4g (wimax) any day now. 4 years later received a notice that wimax is no longer available(never came). two weeks later have many issues with 4 of the evo 3d's all bought in different years. repeated restarts and dropped calls, sometimes it doesn't restart so I have no idea i've been missing business calls. my friend has an S5 and get's Sprint spark at my house at a whopping 2.4Mb / s. I get 1.2Mb / s on 3G

I roam in my own home; they provided me with an AirWave (using my internet connection to utilize their satellite) free of charge and it still drops calls. Partial blame is that it relies on my internet connection which also sucks. I get terrible service and sometimes won't receive any texts or messages until I walk through my front door. I can't even list the countless of times I am in Central Fresno (not even in the outskirts of town) and have NO SERVICE. It will show that I have 1-3 bars but I am unable to make or receive calls! I apologize all the time to anyone who tries calling me because my phone drops calls all the time and majority of the time doesn't even RING ON MY END. It's quite sad when your friends and family members truly believe you are making up excuses for not picking up their calls. I also roam at work. VERY rare that I get service there. When I try using Maps for directions, I get nothing but Network Connections issue notifications. Been with Sprint for a little over 10 years. They used to be so reliable. I can't do it anymore. I will miss their customer service though.
