Miserable service provider for cell service. Typically I have zero to one bar of signal strength. Conversations with local store(s) provides absolutely no information as to their towers being either minimal in number or obsolete in performance. I think that after 20 plus years of tolerating poor performance and customer service, it’s time to shop for a better performer. And that should be an easy task in comparison.

I can get calls about 10% of the time. Have ATT's Top tier data plan for mobile hotspot as no fiberoptic / cable internet available here, tower is 1 / 2 mile away, and I get.06mbps download speed, 0.00 mbps upload speed. Tried my Dad's Verizon service as hotspot and speed was 23.84mbps down and 8.96mbps up. Absolute abysmal service from ATT and not out in the boonies. ATT told me I should buy their microcell booster apparatus for an extra $150; seems like they have crappy service on purpose to sell the microcell, meanwhile Verizon is kicking butt.

Poor unreliable speed, no reception from Strathmore to camp nelson, hotspot so poor in fresno,streaming inpossible.hard to find towers.worthless expensive services, only good in large cities.

I live in Fresno at this time, trying to move to Arizona, my cell service is perfect all over here in Fresno, even in the VA Hospital I get service, so I was doing research on the coverage maps for any cell service in Arizona and it looks like I'm going to have to do some more digging to see who does have at least good service in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

Well reception I can't complain one bit. Price on other hand SUCKS. But truth is we get what we pay for. Only had Sprint before. Loved my push to talk phones. Never a problem with that, but could never hold a call with Sprint always dropped especially in my house. Well anyway we have not had a dropped call with Verizon si.nce I can remember. That's over around 8 years now.

I have had AT&T for ever 1999, never had a problem, but now it's so bad I go to Sonora and between Merced and Sonora I get no service dead for a 100 mile stretch, just switched to Version and I'm a happy camper.!
