After years of promises by sprint, skyline college staff now advising new students and staff to switch to another carrier. The sprint / t- mobile signal goes from one bar to total Blackout - no service. Unreliable to totally unusable. May as well throw the phone in the garbage can.

Calls get dropped frequently. Near Pacific Ocean and half way up a hill. Must re-dial often because of dropped calls. Very frustrating.

More than a month of spotty data, dropped calls and delayed texts to find that towers in the area were having issues and that I my phone had been assigned to a tower that was much further away. After getting put to the closer tower, I now have reception that is closer to 1mbps than the claimed 350mbps.

TRACFONE AKA SAFELINK ANOTHER DONT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS CELL PHONE RIP OFFS. GETTING NO SERVICE INSIDE AND OUT INFRONT OF MY HOME. CALLED SAFELINK TO COMPLAIN 4 DAYS IN A ROW ! SAME THING EACH DAY WE NEED TO TROUBLESHOOT, HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE THEM TO TROUBLE SHOOT THE FONE AND IF THE PROBLEM, SERIOUSLY I BELIEVE MORE THAN 365 DAYS AND STILL THEY WONT BE ABLE TO FIX IT CUZ THEY DO NOT CARE! STAY AWAY FROM SAFELINK AND TRACFONE. I KNOW FOR FACT TRACFONE CAN AND DOES SEND THEIR PHONES PROGRAMS TO SHUT DOWN AND GET NO SERVICE FORCING YOU TO BUY A NEW PHONE. ALL THEY THIN ABOUT IS THE $$$$ THEY CAN GENERATE BUY SCAMMING THE PUBLIC! FYI PHILIPS CORP DOES THE SAME THING TO THIER ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS THEY SET A DATE IN THE PROGRAM FOR IT TO SHUTDOWN RENDERING THE PRODUCT USELESS AND GET YOU TO BUY A NEW ONE. NEW TECHNOLGY IS NOT THAT GREAT COMPANIES WILL AND DOES MANIUPLATE !
