Sprint
I've be customer with Sprint over 20 years and stock holder. The New CEO should get fired with his half price cut promotion offer to current Verizon and ATT customers transfer to Sprint. Instead He should fix Sprint network prevent their existing customer moving out to other carriers. I'm serious thinking change to other network where no matter how cheap Sprint is that I cannot get my cell phone services and keep dropping calls. They should refund me last few monthly fees. FIRED THIS CEO

Frequent dropped calls, poor reception. I'm home and a lot of the time I have zero bars. Unlimited internet is a joke, can't even use it. Can browse the Internet and check emails ok, but streaming videos rarely works; Netflix works sometimes when I turn airplane mode on and off.

Have always had dropped calls when on Haight bus near Buchanan, but now I'm having bad reception at home in Hayes Valley - few bars, poor call signal, dropped calls. Maybe a tower is down?

Used to use iPhone with AT&T 4G LTE and it works perfect in most areas of the city - Way better than T-Mobile that many of my friends have.

Outdoor coverage within the vicinity is great. Indoor the signal is useable. I am pleased with the reception.

Had Sprint for 15 years and never really had reception problems until they switched to the LTE network. My wife and I have unlimited data and can barely use it in the City. Maps are slow if you can get them to work at all. Rarely get reliable email. About half the time we can't use online services to check bus times. Twitter barely ever loads. If I'm standing side by side with two phones from other providers I will always be the last to load anything. And it's effing expensive! Waiting out our current contract then we're done. Don't get Sprint service if you live in the City.

Went there to buy phone, and these jerks added a home phone service on my plan,i tried to return phone and they charged me 35$ restocking fee plus 35$ fee on the hm phone service..well these jerks told me that the refund that was suppose to be returned to me on my card cannot be accepted for restock fee,so I had to pay out of pocket, and with all said and dont I could not even return the phone.anyone who goes with Sprint better rethink there network sucks, there are alot better ones out there.ALSO TO ADD<<<< THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A SCALE OF 0 TO 10 I WOULD RATE THEM A 0 BECAUSE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COMES FIRST NOT THEM.

I have had Sprint for 14 years with no problems, but suddenly this summer cannot use the phone on the first floor of my house and almost never get 5 bar reception in San Francisco. What has happened? Did they lose a tower?

I've had Sprint for 16 years. Reception has been excellent until the last 6 months or so. Now, service is horrible. I keep getting dropped calls and call failures and calls that won't even connect. I've called Sprint on this 5 times in the last 3 months. It's like everyone has said, they're working on upgrading the towers. It's frustrating. The tower I use is only 2 blocks away at Fell and Laguna. They, why is service so bad?
