Calls started dropping one month ago. I even bought a new phone. Problem continues, so it’s clearly the carrier. Only get 1 bar of service. Called to report trouble after 6 call drop / call failures on a single call. Verizon now says, try buying a voice extender. I’m returning my new phone as clearly the old one works fine. I’m looking at other carriers since Verizon’s coverage in my area has gotten so bad.

Looks like AT&T has abandoned halfmoon bay. No service and judging by the other reviews they stopped covering this area about 4 years ago.

I’ve been with Verizon for years. In recent months the bars went from 4 to 1. I can hardly download anything with LTE. I am dropping calls all over the bay area in areas that never dropped before what is going on?

I’ve been with Verizon for years with great service from my home in Miramar north of Half Moon Bay. The The reception bars is now down to one. Downloading anything on LTE is next to impossible. What is going on?
