I frequently have no service in my house -- where until the last month or two, I have always had service. Now my phone will not receive the wifi most of the time and when I disconnect, it won't use 4g either. Basically my phone is a block of plastic and glass because it can't be used in my home. No calls, texts or internet use.

In the house with micro tower I get full bars of reception. Without I get 1 to 2 bars of reception.

For the last six months our service is awful. In our home we now only get 1 or 2 bars. Not sure what changed, but I would NEVER recommend AT&T for cell phone!

I hate AT&T--it is almost totally useless and it's not working at all now because we moved from one apartment to another in the same building. Despite promises, there is no phone reception at all since we moved (about a week now). I can't call anyone and no one can call me. No service or response at all on AT&T. If I can find another carrier that is better, I will switch to another carrier and AT&T can go to hell and stay there.
