Recently my phone coverage decrease significantly in my neighborhood. I have spoken to others that have experienced the same issue. Verizon supposedly checked it out and told me that I had poor signal quality in my neighborhood. What has changed in the last three weeks? I went from 5 bars to 1.Was this review helpful to you?

Extremely poor signal. Unable to get incoming calls and if calls do come through, it'll drop! Unable to send / receive text messages on a frequent basis. Calls also go straight to voicemail as well. This is a total opposite of their television ads about their great coverage. Totally false advertising. One of the major news network should get on this.Was this review helpful to you?
ditto the previous poster for my location on any day from about 430pm - 6pm: "All calls are lost, sometimes it is a minute, sometimes it's 2-3 minutes into the conversation. The person on the other line CAN'T hear me, but I can hear them. " i thought I was going nuts so called a few people and noticed the same thing. they can't hear me. nope, my mute button wasn't pressed accidentally. verizon, you suck big time.Was this review helpful to you?
