I can usually get a signal and make a call. But I've kept notes over the last three months and discovered that I receive calls approximately 65% of the time (they go direct to voicemail), and calls are dropped approximately 80% of the time.

I get a lot of missed calls that say to the caller something to the affect of the subscriber is not available. It's worse with the Motorola X.

Good reception outside; wi-fi calling makes a huge difference inside.

Coverage has improved over the last several years, however, customer service is awful and their statement is virtually unreadable. I wish Sprint has better coverage so I could switch to Credo.

How much of a gap in s there between the 1st (VZW), and 2nd (AT&T) largest wireless carriers with the 3rd (Sprint) largest carrier? F'N H-U-G-E! I've used AT&T and VZW service (voice / data) for the past 16+ years and never has their service been as horrendous as Sprint! I got suckered into Sprint's low monthly unlimited voice and data plans at the end of 2013. When I cancelled my VZW service, the VZW rep said, sorry, there's nothing I can do to match Sprint's rates, but be forewarned that droves and droves of Sprint customers are leaving to sign up with VZW because of their terrible coverage and service. Being on Sprint for a year now, I can easily say that the VZW rep was right and that I HATE SPRINT SERVICE! Unlimited voice and data means nothing! What you get is UNLIMITED crap! Data dependent apps don't work (even when LTE signal indicator shows 3 bars on iPhone) so you wait, and wait, and wait, until you suck it up and put your useless smart device away because there is no data connection. Trying to use my device on Bart is a joke. There are so many dead spots on 101 and 280 that my voice calls drop every 4-5 miles all along San Francisco and the Peninsula. I just drove to and from LA on I-5 and there were SEVERAL spans of 50-60 miles on I-5 that had absolutely NO COVERAGE! I was able to use my navigation, voice service, and text a total of 30-40 mins total on my drive from SF to LA. WTF?! Useless 4G voice and data is what you pay for. YOU WILL REGRET SIGNING UP WITH SPRINT and be just as HATEFUL as I am towards the company. Their customer service is just as horrible! Good luck trying to get a straight answer from any of their call centers (state side or overseas).

I've be customer with Sprint over 20 years and stock holder. The New CEO should get fired with his half price cut promotion offer to current Verizon and ATT customers transfer to Sprint. Instead He should fix Sprint network prevent their existing customer moving out to other carriers. I'm serious thinking change to other network where no matter how cheap Sprint is that I cannot get my cell phone services and keep dropping calls. They should refund me last few monthly fees. FIRED THIS CEO

Frequent dropped calls, poor reception. I'm home and a lot of the time I have zero bars. Unlimited internet is a joke, can't even use it. Can browse the Internet and check emails ok, but streaming videos rarely works; Netflix works sometimes when I turn airplane mode on and off.

Have always had dropped calls when on Haight bus near Buchanan, but now I'm having bad reception at home in Hayes Valley - few bars, poor call signal, dropped calls. Maybe a tower is down?

Used to use iPhone with AT&T 4G LTE and it works perfect in most areas of the city - Way better than T-Mobile that many of my friends have.

Outdoor coverage within the vicinity is great. Indoor the signal is useable. I am pleased with the reception.
