T-Mobile
Sprint / T-Mobile: Used to get 1 bar of service in my home office where I work virtually. As of this week I get Zero bars! If I want to make a call without video, I have to use FaceTime audio only, relying 100% on WiFi rn. This is insane! I have been with Sprint since the beginning of smartphone use, it is time to switch to Verizon. My partner has Verizon through work and gets great reception in Cole valley and the Haight.

I have Boost. Is that carried by Sprint? I can't remember. But people can't ever hear me. I have xfinity internet so I could switch but I want to switch to something that will work.

Major degradation in service / coverage. Major streets in Berkeley CA either drop completely or no data at all.

Only 1-2 bars, fading and poor audio indoors and out.

More than a month of spotty data, dropped calls and delayed texts to find that towers in the area were having issues and that I my phone had been assigned to a tower that was much further away. After getting put to the closer tower, I now have reception that is closer to 1mbps than the claimed 350mbps.

Usually just one bar or two but occasionally no service. Calls are dropped routinely indoors.

I just moved here from the beach, where I had excellent reception even right at the ocean. But here in the city of Oakland / Emeryville, I only get one or two bars both inside and outside of my house. I can’t even talk to anyone because the reception is so bad. Very disappointing.

Never have coverage. Stand on one leg with an aluminum foil hat... still can't make or receive calls in my own home.
