I don't recall ever having a problem talking or dropping calls. 3G data speeds and connection was great and reliable. 4G / LTE was exceptionally fast and I FINALLY reliable :) It wasn't a year ago but I don't have any problems staying connected and downloading is fast!

Chose T-Mobile years ago because a) it works in and around my home, and b) customer service is quite good. Thinking of getting an iPhone when T-Mobile offers it, supposedly in 2013.

Fluctuating signal strength, missed most incoming calls, and cannot always make outgoing calls. Microcell didn't help. Lots of spam text messages. Variable CSR technical competence. DAS installatons way behing schedule.

Sitting in the Whole Foods pkg lot, I received 4G-LTE,strong signal, November. Maybe the tower is close to the nearby San Mateo Police Station?

Calls are often choppy or get dropped inside my home. Better outside and most other places. Getting an iphone so need to change carriers, even though I've been with T-Mobile for years.

AT&T coverage is spotty and while the talk about improving it I have yet to see things improve. Perhaps it is the curse of living on a county and town boundary. Neither political organization is willing to help a neighbor so there is a dead zone that is too darn close to the county line.
