Sprint has been wonderful for the past two years I had my phone with them, all of a sudden their was no service at my house or anywhere in the back of the valley. I used to get coverage everywhere in this little town and now I never see the bars anymore. I called up Sprint one day and I get different problems from all of them; one person will tell me that their upgrading to 4g LTE and service will be disrupted. I will believe it when I see it and other people tell me we never got serive in pacifica their no towers! What? come on I had service a month ago so now for five week I have had no service at my house but they still expect me to play the bill. Sprint clams on its website its new locations for 4g has been announced but none of those locations list pacifica at all. The 4g that they even mention coming to the bay area is 4g wimax,(an old service that Sprint is still trying to provide but one two phones use that old service so what is the point). I switched from AT&T to Sprint because of it outages but this Sprint outage is worse and its not even getting fixed from what I know of, WTF?????Was this review helpful to you?

Signal fluctuates from zero to full. Low signal strengths most of the time. Using Microcell still has dropped calls and need retries for out going calls. No scheduled DAS antenna completion date. 11 / 18 / 2012.Was this review helpful to you?

According to AT&T's map we are supposed to have the best cover ever and on LTE however I have no bars at all inside my office and I sit next to window. When I do have bars outside is wavers from fine to so slow I cant do a thing. My Neighbor has Verizon and has 3 bars. Go figure. I talked to AT&T about it and basically I am convinced that they could careless about their customers. Was this review helpful to you?
I have had this phone for 6 years and the service was always great however over the past year it has gotten so bad it has basically become unusable. I have recently switched to the CDMA PTT device and has been much better (great features on the phone too). Only complaint is they keep going out which renders the phone useless. Hope they get their act together. Was this review helpful to you?
I have had ATT for years and continue to hope that coverage would improve. I am giving up and switching networks. Was this review helpful to you?
The NEXTEL reception on the Oracle HQ campus is excellent because NEXTEL originally installed what is now a "Sprint" tower at 100 Oracle Pkwy. more than 15 years ago. Note that Sprint is dismantling the NEXTEL (IDEN) network and it will be completely GONE by June of 2013. Finally, though they grabbed the old Nextel tower, the CDMA ("Sprint") performance in the same area is not nearly as good. NEXTEL works well, even deep inside the Oracle Pkwy. buildings. Sprint CDMA handsets get 2-3 bars of signal where an IDEN handset will have 5. I'll likely switch to Verizon if they don't fix the situation. Was this review helpful to you?
I just moved to this neighborhood. It's nice and quiet but hilly, so I get really crappy reception in my house. Even with my Wifi on, the calls cut out a lot and drop 1 out of 5 times. Looking for another carrier that has good / great reception in my area. : /Was this review helpful to you?
