I have to stand by window to get 1-2 bars. Otherwise, no reception in apartment. I appreciate T-Mobile's signal strength map on their site and it helps to know where I can make calls. Was this review helpful to you?
I get good reception where I live in downtown Palo Alto area. Reception on Stanford campus is terrible, however. Slightly better reception on med school campus, but still pretty darn bad.Was this review helpful to you?
Neither, my wife nor many others (including an ATT wireline service tech) have been able to get a signal here. Occasionally, the phones will show one bar or even two, but we can't make or receive a usable call. Was this review helpful to you?

Cingular service barely works in this neighborhood. It seems the whole of Menlo Park is a cell dead zone. Phones seem to work fine ANYWHERE else but around here. Was this review helpful to you?
Good coverage in the Canyon on the west side of Hwy. 92. Had Verizon before and coverage was so bad they let me out of my contract. Was this review helpful to you?
