No USABLE reception in my condo, no better outdoors on patio.

Varies from no reception to one bar (-109db), rarely two (-101db) - this is the halfway point between two towers, oscillates constantly, sometimes completely useless.

Reception is horrible (1 bar at most) inside our condo but outside we'll get 4-5 bars.

Reception was a problem inside the house a few years ago. Now it's great! 8 / 4 / 2009

Very poor reception in home. Calls consistently dropped. Must use husband's Verizon cell phone to place any calls out.

Excellent reception in downtown Half Moon Bay, but no reception at all south of Ocean Colony. No reception areas include Ocean Corner, Canada Cove, the old and new courses of the Half Moon Bay Golf Links, and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Resort.

We're on the west side of Crestview and have been complaining to Verizon for better part of 6 years. I'm reluctant to change as I have several phones on my Verizon plan and it would be a headache to change them all. Verizon keeps telling me they're going to upgrade their tower coverage but, so far, only minor improvement. They also suggested I buy their booster which is $200.
