Only ever get 1 bar or no service. Internet is unreliable. Why do we pay so much for such crappy service? Demand better service on the Coastside. This is ridiculous!

My wife and I used to get good reception a year ago, now we can't even get an app to work. We get calls most of the time but if we move around the house while on the call it gets choppy.

Learned that Verizon and AT&T vie for cell tower locations. One would think that in the midst of Silicon Valley someone would be able to negotiate functional reception for subscribers. Expensive booster(s) are useless. Calls continually 'drop' and / or have abysmal reception.

I'm sending this review from inside the 5 guys restaurant in westborugh square shopping area, right by the ATT store.! Reception for AT&T in this area is very poor. Inside our house which is up the street off rowntree way is spotty at best. We're paying all this ridiculous amount of $$$$ on AT&T wireless and U-verse and they still can't fix the problem in this area. I remember telling one of the AT&T reps at the store about it a few years ago and all he can say was "we know, we know.."jeebuz..!

Used to have service with Cingular; worked fine. When they were bought out by AT&T service was spotty at best. Since April 2016, I have had NO reception at all. Called AT&T for a refund, DENIED. Asked for a mini-tower, DENIED. I will try T-Mobile next, Verizon after that.
