Towers out at least 1-2 weeks a month for more then half the year. They say they haven’t heard. How can you tell them you have no service when you have no service to call them. The towers are down and will be up and running the middle of Jan. Really?? How many people pay top dollar for service that has 1 tower? They don’t have a second tower to cover the area. And slow. Arg. Then they argue with you that there is service. Rite! I’ve had then since Cellular one. They were good. 20+ years. Lots of $$$

Absolutely atrocious coverage and service from ATT. One block off El Camino in the middle of Silicon Valley, and virtually unusable phone service. All calls via WiFi or they don’t go at all. Been like this for years.

I have T-Mobile and get excellent coverage. 4G LTE speeds vary depending on location and time, but always fast enough to stream HD. Note: T-Mobile and MetroPCS or now called Metro by T-Mobile have the exact same coverage and speed. I drive a taxi and I rarely experience dead areas with the exception of south of Half Moon Bay, which every carrier is useless

No reception. Can’t stream video which is what I wanted when I purchased an iPad Pro and a packaged. Can’g Even talk on the phone I pay $150 a month for.. In San Carlos! Too bad Verizon I will be switching

No ATT Reception in Sea Haven, nor in downtown near the the middle school(!). Totally dead near Miramar. Neighbors say that ATT removed two towers. I filed a complaint with the FCC and ATT said the fine print in their contract says that they don't need to provide service in published coverage zones and they "understand" if I left.
