very good reception all over foster city. In places where my old t616 from T-Mobile has no signal, this one constantly indicates about 80%+

I get good reception all around san mateo county. I had T-Mobile before and I got around 3 bars in my house. With a Sanyo phone that I had on SprintPCS before I got around 4 bars with that.

Hi, I just moved from LA to Foster city about a month back... .and I have had no signal whenever I am inside my house... but if I go outside some distance in my complex... i get between 1 and 2 bars... .but even then I have got dropped calls from outside my house... called up T-Mobile to find out whats wrong... and they told me engineers will be coming down in a week... and its been 3 weeks now... and nothing has changed... just got myself a Verizon phone yesterday... .seems to be somewhat better than tmobile... i get between 1 and 2 bars inside my house and between 3 and 4 outside... Hope this helps...

There is barely any reception at all near and around the lucie stern center. Or through out Palo Alto for that Matter. Terrible. It must be a location problem since during a recent trip to atlanta georgia, I had 5 bars. everywhere. in the fox theatre, inside the biltmore hotel, it was great.

Got the phone for my parents. No complaints. They call from the 1st story of a two story home and say the reception is always flawless.

Great reception all over downtown San Carlos, Redwood City and Belmont. No problem whatsoever.

Within the community of 1000 homes or so reception is available in 50% of the homes. But, where it works it works well, it's an all or nothing thing. The community is not flat at all and line of site to the tower is most likely the deciding factor.

Outside of house the reception is good. Inside the reception varies considerably as the phone is moved but completely usable.
