AT&T

In the house with micro tower I get full bars of reception. Without I get 1 to 2 bars of reception.

No service when you enter the center of town. Probably some misguided not in my backyard thing regarding cell towers. Twenty words is a silly requirement to say "cell service doesn't work here".

Service has been spotty here in Redwood City (never more than two bars, usually just one) since I arrived on Saturday evening 4 / 22 / 17. Now (4 / 24, 9:30 a.m.) there is barely half a bar, alternating with no bars at all. I just got a "missed call" message without the phone ever ringing.

Been with Sprint for over a year now and the service is so poor that I often want to get a hammer and just pound on my phone out of pure frustration and Sprint denies that I even have a problem even though I want to provide video proof how bad the service is they keep lying to me saying that there's no problem, it takes hours and hours and hours just for them to tell you that they understand but there's nothing we can do about it. but you will still get charge the full bill even though they're not providing the full service

Reception has always been one bar or two on a good day. Today we have had no service all day.

Extremely patchy reception. Often no data and phone connection. The only reliable connection is on the fourth floor of my building.

always on 1 bar. When bad reception, VERY CHOPPY. Rarely, I get good reception! UNACCEPTABLE!

For the last six months our service is awful. In our home we now only get 1 or 2 bars. Not sure what changed, but I would NEVER recommend AT&T for cell phone!

This area has no strong cell coverage. One of the companies could remedy this and gain a whole neighborhood of users.

Here we are in the middle of Silicon Valley and we cannot get decent cellular reception. Verizon, which I brought with me from New York, is almost nonexistent in Atherton and beyond. Atherton refuses to allow cell towers to be built, but Verizon also fails to work well in the Stanford area, Mountain View and beyond. What the heck is going on? Someone needs to do something about this! (Nevermind the stories about Steve Jobs standing outside his house trying to get cell reception... )
