Very poor call quality and dropped calls. A lot of times when I get connected on a call, the people on other side can't hear me, but I can hear them. Verizon sucks. I just switched over from ATT of 15yrs and this never happened.

Cell reception seems to be getting worse. Can't even make calls from inside the house at times.

Little / no reception for MONTHS on 2 phones (basic and Android), now "no service available." Customer service was useless-advising that phone be set for wifi calling!

Little to no reception in office with window. If I do get a signal it fluctuates between a 1x and 3g with 1 bar.

I hate AT&T--it is almost totally useless and it's not working at all now because we moved from one apartment to another in the same building. Despite promises, there is no phone reception at all since we moved (about a week now). I can't call anyone and no one can call me. No service or response at all on AT&T. If I can find another carrier that is better, I will switch to another carrier and AT&T can go to hell and stay there.

I get dropped calls all the time! Internet goes in and out all the time... it's horrible. Usually 3G speed too and NOT 4g

Live I Shelter Creek and have Sprint service. Was much better before. Has gotten progressively worse especially for texts and calls. I'm trying to switch but after reading these reviews I'm starting to think it may be the location and not just the service. Friends come over and can't get service from their providers either. ATT being the worst also. My next try will be T-MOBILE. Any other ideas would be very helpful. Thanks

I am shocked that Verizon has the audacity to say that they have full coverage throughout Palo Alto. I have 1 bar almost everywhere near my home, and experience dropped calls at least 50% of the time I'm in my home. It's totally inferior service to AT&T. I will be returning to AT&T soon. Do NOT switch from AT&T to Verizon, or you will seriously regret it.

Sprint was much better a year ago. Now lucky to get 1 bar. Try to send texts is very iffy. Works much better in SF.not so good in San Bruno. My neighbors say the same thing about their service. Maybe San Bruno just has bad reception.
